Official Opening of the Center of Competence Finance Zürich (CCFZ) draws Great Interest
Over two hundred guests from the Swiss financial and insurance industries, along with representatives and students from ETH and the University of Zürich, attended the opening of the CCFZ (see 'More News' of March 23) on the evening of Thursday, March 26th. After the symposium on “Financial Competence in the Science City Zürich”, a cocktail reception was offered in the wonderful Aula of the University.
The excellent showing of representatives from industry reflects the interest in the joint research and teaching activities of the two universities, and also points to the great potential for applied research under the CCFZ umbrella.
